Delete Your Account
You can delete your Eyezo account at any time. Once deleted, your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
This action is permanent and irreversible. If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it on Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
How to Delete Your Account
Choose one of the two methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from App
- Open the Eyezo app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Tap Confirm to proceed
Option 2 — Request via Email
Send a deletion request to:
Include your registered email address. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.
What Data Gets Deleted
The table below shows what happens to each type of data when you delete your account.

| Feedback & Reports | Messages and screenshots you submitted | ✕ Permanently Deleted |
| App Preferences | Theme, reminder interval, sound settings | ↻ Deleted on Uninstall |
| Screen Time Data | Local usage stats (stored on device only) | ↻ Deleted on Uninstall |
App preferences and screen time data are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers. They are removed when you uninstall the app.
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid being charged after account deletion, cancel your subscription separately:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Eyezo → tap Cancel subscription
You can continue using Premium features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
